The only charity that caters for the specialist needs of limb reconstruction patients

Successful Friends meeting

Successful Friends meeting

The Friends meeting of 11 February 2010 was groundbreaking, as for the first time Friends met outside of King's College Hospital. However, the venue chosen, the Sun and Doves pub, although convivial, had to be abandoned as a band was playing, making conversation difficult. The more sedate Amaryllis Bar and Kitchen across the road was a good alternative.

It was nice to see a few new faces, though surprisingly not many patients. The Friends enjoyed a relaxed evening discussing the opportunities that the charity can pursue. The Friends are keen for more patients to get involved so they can concentrate their efforts on what really matters for them.
